GLORYWALK SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glorywalk! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 Domestic Shipping Policy

 Shipping Processing Time

Time:               All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Cutoff Time:    Orders must be placed by noon Arizona (AZ) time to be processed the same day

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Use your tracking number to track the shipment and contact the carrier for updates or for rescheduling delivery. Please note that FedEx Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) leverages with USPS for final delivery of your product.

 Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Glorywalk ships to addresses within the U.S, US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

 Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Glorywalk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)

Damaged/Lost Packages

Glorywalk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
